The NordicTrack Ultra 1 Reformer brings connected Pilates training into the home with a streamlined design, intuitive resistance adjustment, and interactive workout technology. Its enclosed resistance system delivers 22–99 lb (10–45 Kg) of tension, allowing users to change resistance using convenient push-button controls instead of manually adjusting exposed springs.

A 24-inch HD touchscreen provides access to guided reformer and off-equipment workouts, while stainless steel glide tracks support smooth, controlled carriage movement. Adjustable split footbars, integrated carriage grips, built-in speakers, LED lighting, wood accents, cable management trays, and Smart Spine technology create a versatile and refined home Pilates setup.

• Push-Button Resistance Control: Three integrated buttons simplify resistance adjustment without the need to manually handle exposed springs. Seven resistance combinations provide tension ranging from 22 lb (10 Kg) to 99 lb (45 Kg).

• Smart Spine System: The enclosed resistance design keeps the spring mechanism contained for a cleaner training setup. Smart Spine technology also supports real-time tracking of cadence, power, spring tension, and estimated calories burned.

• 24-Inch HD Touchscreen: The large HD display provides clear access to compatible guided workouts, coaching, and training metrics. Its tilting, pivoting, and swivelling design makes it easy to view during reformer and off-equipment exercises.
