With iFIT, supported workouts can automatically adjust the rower’s resistance to match the trainer-led session. SmartAdjust™ can personalize workout intensity based on fitness level, workout history, and performance, helping users train at a suitable challenge level.

iFIT may also support AI Coach, workout planning, app syncing with Strava, Garmin Connect, and Apple Health, and performance tracking depending on membership access, compatible devices, and regional availability.
