iFIT Smart Training Experience

The NordicTrack X16 Treadmill is designed to work with iFIT, giving users access to interactive trainer-led workouts, global running routes, strength training, yoga, pilates, and other guided fitness programs. This helps turn home training into a more engaging and goal-focused experience, especially for users who want expert coaching and structured workout plans.

With iFIT, the treadmill can support smart workout adjustments, allowing speed and incline to change automatically with selected programs. This creates a hands-free training experience where the machine follows terrain, pace, and intensity changes, helping users stay focused on performance instead of controls.

iFIT also supports advanced features such as SmartAdjust™, ActivePulse™, custom workouts, Google Maps™ route training, fitness app syncing, and entertainment streaming on the touchscreen, depending on membership access and compatible devices.
